ROOMS:

Rates for our six guest rooms can be found by selecting ‘Availability/Reservations’. In addition to the nightly rate, there is a 9% Vermont State Lodging Tax. Rates include a breakfast featuring locally sourced ingredients, complimentary beverages, and home-baked goods for an afternoon/evening snack! A minimum two-night stay is required for rooms booked on a Friday or Saturday during Spring/Summer/Fall, or bookings on three-day holiday weekends, and/or the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Guests are welcome to have their friends/relatives for breakfast for an additional charge of $15/person if space permits.

DISCOUNTS/ GIFT CERTIFICATES/EVENT BOOKINGS:

Discounts are available for healthcare workers (EMS, firefighters, nurses, hospital staff), active-duty U.S. Military personnel, friends/family of local area residents, and some extended stays. Blocks of rooms can be booked for special events such as weddings or reunions, please call to inquire about this type of reservation as they may require a deposit or change of cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is no room charge for canceling more than 7 days (30 days for some events) before your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation. Failure to show on your day of arrival, or cancellation after arrival, will result in the system automatically charging your credit card for the full reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Our check-in window is from 3 – 7 PM on the date of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 7 PM or before 3 PM, please reach out to get a late check-in lockbox code. If we do not know your arrival time and we have not heard from a guest by 8 pm, we will assume that the guest is a “no show” and we may release the room and charge the credit card on record.  Check-out time is 11 AM.

OTHER POLICIES:

• Smoking is allowed outside the inn only.
• Use of candles anywhere within the inn is not permitted under our insurance coverage.
• Children of all ages are welcomed.
• Pets – Sorry, although we love animals we are not a pet-friendly B&B. We work closely with a local boarding/kennel facility that can accommodate our guests’ canines. Please inquire with us to get the details
• Currently we are not able to accept reservations more than one year from booking date
