The 2025 winter season has been cold and snowy. Jericho looks like a winter wonderland with frosted trees and sparkling fields.
The Inn has been bustling with guests and joy through the holiday season. Early December, we reinstated a Sinclair Inn tradition of hosting a Holiday Open House. Additionally, we are partnering with RIOT Craft Studio and hosting crafting parties through the winter months. Our Christmas ornament and wreath making events were a blast. Stay tuned to social media for future event details.
Soup + Bread + Ale has returned for a 2nd season and the community response has been incredible. The rotating soup menu is based on our veggie share from Jericho Settlers Farm and all the produce we grew and harvested this past fall. This year, we have added a 3rd cheesy soup in addition to the meat and vegan options. The dining experience will run until April and the nights are filling up fast. Call the Inn to reserve your spot today!
Our little family has been enjoying all the winter activities including skiing, sledding and even horseback riding! Cassidy is learning to ski this year at Smugglers Notch Ski Resort and she’s loving it! The day after Christmas, we went horseback riding at Lajolie Stables in Jeffersonville. Our steady Percheron horses took us on an adventure through the woods with beautiful views of Mt Mansfield and Smugglers Notch.
What’s in store for our family? Snow willing lots of skiing and a very special vacation in March to the island of Curaçao to celebrate Carnival and scuba dive!!
Cheers to a wonderful 2025 everyone!
